“ Had a great experience at Fireside. The meat board was packed with variety — hangar, prime rib, smoked prime, skirt, and more — and every cut was cooked to the perfect temp. You could tell the kitchen knew what they were doing. The nugget platter, pastrami strips, and beef cigars were all flavorful and well-executed. Mashed potatoes were rich and creamy — real comfort food done right. The meat pizza was a standout, amazing dough, and the combo of pastrami, tomato, and pareve cheese was a match made in heaven. Huge credit to Chef Uri, everything was thoughtful, balanced, and clearly made with care. He’s got a real handle on flavor and execution. There are babies, children and people who never went to a restaurant in Manhattan. With that said, the place tries and it's worth your time. It isn't cheap though but you get what you pay for. ”
